Terms of Service
These terms are a general UK-focused template for KO Digital Works. They should be adapted to your final commercial and legal requirements before use.
1. Scope and proposals
Work begins only after written agreement to scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Any excluded work is documented and quoted separately if requested.
2. Timelines and dependencies
Delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and access to required systems. Delays in dependencies may affect milestones.
3. Revisions and change requests
Planned revisions are included as defined in the proposal. Requests outside agreed scope are treated as change requests and require separate approval.
4. Payment terms
Payment schedules are defined in each proposal. Late payments may pause work until balances are cleared.
5. Ownership and handover
On full payment, the client receives ownership of agreed deliverables and access credentials as defined in the statement of work.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project unless otherwise agreed in writing. No indirect or consequential loss is accepted to the extent allowed by law.
7. Updates
These terms may be revised as services or legal requirements evolve.
